Fall 2021 Cider Week NY

The Challenge:

The New York Cider Association (NYCA) holds spring and autumn festivals devoted entirely to cider to celebrate cider makers throughout the state and foster demand in the cider market.

When Covid-19 shook things up in 2020, NYCA knew they had to come back stronger than ever for 2021. NYCA organized a hybrid mix of both virtual and in-person at both spring and fall events. And for the first time ever, they hosted these events across the entire state.

The New York Cider Association had the events: now they needed an audience!

Enter 29 Design Studio! Our team supported the fall Cider Week NY event, from October 2 to 17, 2021. The goal was to build brand and event awareness, increase engagement and participation on social media, and drive attendance at events.

How We Did It:

29 Design Studio worked with the New York Cider Association and key stakeholders to put together an engaging social media strategy that optimized storytelling with user-generated content and Instagram reels, tagging and engagement amongst stakeholders, and calls-to-action that invited participation from the audience.

Hats Off to the Team at 29DS!

It’s always exciting to work with passionate, committed businesses that align with NYCA’s values of cultivating New York industries. 29 Design Studio brought all of this and more to the table. Maureen, Colleen, and the entire team at 29 Design Studio were not only organized, smart, and thoughtful in their approach but were also always a joy to interact with. Their expertise and understanding of our industry added a new layer to our Cider Week social media campaign. Scott Ramsey, Executive Director, New York Cider Association
