MARKETING THREE HOTELS, TWO RESTAURANTS, CATERING SERVICES, WINERY, SPA AND SALON
29 Design Studio worked directly with the Belhurst Castle and Winery and Isabella Spa owners to strategize and execute the marketing for the Finger Lakes resort’s three hotels, two restaurants, catering entity, winery, spa, and salon. Developed marketing strategies to maximize profit for the resort while increasing efficiencies within various departments across the property. Specific services include brand positioning, digital marketing, radio/print marketing, social media strategy, and website optimization.
Key performance metrics
Grew Facebook social media following 63% and Instagram 278% in less than one year by generating engaging content.
Optimized profitability and increased attendance at special events by creating a specific marketing plan for those events.
Handled all aspects of the release of an online booking system for three hotels, freeing up time for booking agents to concentrate on other tasks.
Maintained email marketing engagement 6% over the industry standard.
