I’m a pretty positive person, but I’m also a realist. As we see restaurants start to open up again, I know that not all will survive this pandemic. Some are going to fail. Who? The ones who fail to adapt. Fail to pivot. Fail to connect with their audience. But the ones who were not afraid to brainstorm, innovate, and think outside the box? The ones who partnered with their neighboring business to team up and forge ahead together? They’re the ones who will rise up stronger than ever before. We can’t wait to see what the future of dining holds. And without a doubt, rest assured that I’ll be doing my part to support my local small restaurants. I hope you’ll join me!
