There are so many things that go into creating a memorable brand. Who you are is so much more than just what your logo looks like.

Your brand identity is the feeling someone gets when they work with you or encounter your business. So how can you make that experience remarkable?

The only way to grow your brand is to abandon your strategy of doing what you did yesterday, but better.

Being a remarkable brand isn’t about how special YOU think your business is. It’s about how remarkable your customers and clients think you are. Are they going to remark about their experience with you? If not, then you’re not doing it right.

Not everyone is going to care about your efforts to be remarkable. Actually, a majority of people probably aren’t. The majority of people are going to come to you for the service you provide and all they care about is that they’re getting what they expected. But hear this: “Everyone” is not your ideal customer.

This means you should not be trying to reach everyone in your ads, you’re not talking to everyone on your website, and everyone is not your target market. Your goal should be to reach the influencers. The people who actually speak up and spread the word to other people like them. You’re too talented to sit around waiting for the perfect moment. Find some area where you have a tiny bit of authority and run with it.

Go be remarkable.
